1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 202pub website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services available at 202pub.win.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration on the 202pub Platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance held within a Player's 202pub Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of the Wallet comprising deposited funds and winnings, excluding bonus credits, that may be withdrawn subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of bonus value that a Player must wager before a Bonus Balance may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before first withdrawal or at 202pub's discretion at any time.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a 202pub Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 202pub strictly enforces this requirement.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not currently self-excluded from 202pub or any other gambling platform subject to a recognized self-exclusion registry.
• You are not accessing the Platform for any fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purpose.
• You have not previously had a 202pub Account terminated for violation of these Terms.

One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) 202pub Account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, mobile numbers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 202pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.

Account Information Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your Account. 202pub is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by a Player.

3 KYC Verification & Identity

202pub is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification as part of its compliance obligations under PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

Mandatory KYC Before Withdrawal. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents at minimum:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or equivalent)
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent, dated within the last 90 days)
• Confirmation of the payment method(s) used for deposits (screenshot, statement, or equivalent)

Additional Verification. 202pub reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations, enhanced due diligence questionnaires, or supplementary identity documents. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal suspension or Account closure.

Verification Timeline. 202pub will endeavor to process KYC submissions within five (5) business days of receipt. Complex cases or cases requiring clarification may take longer. Withdrawal processing will remain suspended until KYC is successfully completed.

Data Handling. All KYC documents submitted to 202pub are handled in accordance with the 202pub Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law.

4 Deposits

202pub accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Available payment methods are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso) per transaction. 202pub reserves the right to amend minimum deposit limits at its discretion.

Currency. All Account Wallets are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing. 202pub is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees.

Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the Account Wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are credited within the same business day in most instances, subject to inter-bank processing times outside 202pub's control.

Player Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you own and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 202pub does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Deposits identified as originating from third parties will be returned and the relevant Account may be suspended.

5 Withdrawals

Eligibility to Withdraw. A Player may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) the absence of any ongoing investigation, security review, or Account restriction.

Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Philippine Peso) per transaction. 202pub reserves the right to amend minimum withdrawal limits at its discretion.

Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. If the original deposit method is unavailable, 202pub may, at its discretion, process the withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method in the Player's name.

Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from approval. Actual receipt times may vary depending on the recipient institution.

Withdrawal Review. 202pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests. Requests that trigger security or compliance flags may be subject to a review period of up to ten (10) business days. Players will be notified of any such review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

202pub may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the point of claiming. The following general bonus conditions apply to all 202pub promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credits and any winnings derived therefrom are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Validity Period: Bonus credits must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus credits are forfeited automatically without further notice.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, bingo, and other game types may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: During active bonus wagering, a maximum bet limit of ₱500 per round or spin may apply. Bets placed in excess of this limit during bonus wagering may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus Per Player: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per Player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse and Fraud: 202pub reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, coordinated wagering, or fraudulent activity is detected. This includes use of automated betting software in conjunction with bonus play.

7 Games & Fair Play

Random Number Generation. All 202pub slot games and RNG-based table games operate on certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software supplied by licensed third-party game providers. RNG certification is maintained by independent testing laboratories and ensures that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and not influenced by 202pub, the game provider, or any player.

Live Casino Games. Live casino games on the 202pub Casino platform are operated by third-party live studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed studios. These games are subject to the respective studio provider's rules and operating procedures, which are displayed at the table prior to play.

Return to Player (RTP). Published RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average payout percentage for each game over an infinite number of rounds. RTP does not guarantee individual session outcomes. Actual session results will deviate from published RTP over short play periods.

Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connection failure that affects game outcome or display, 202pub reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the relevant stake(s). No claims will be entertained for winnings that result from a demonstrably erroneous display or calculation caused by a technical fault.

Interrupted Sessions. If a game session is interrupted due to connectivity issues on the Player's side, the session will be resumed or resolved according to the game's internal state log, which is maintained server-side. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection prior to commencing gameplay.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 202pub Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or financing of any illegal activity
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal means
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account or payment method
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain winnings that would not arise under normal operation — such gains are not considered legitimate and will be reversed
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals against 202pub while retaining winnings or other benefits derived from the reversed deposit
• Allowing persons under 21 years of age to access or use your 202pub Account
• Any other conduct that 202pub, in its sole reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of fair gaming

9 Responsible Gaming

202pub is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We comply with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and provide the following tools to all registered players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations. The Platform will issue an alert when the session limit is reached and will automatically terminate the session if no response is received.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum permissible loss amounts per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further real-money gameplay is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Self-Exclusion (Cooling-Off): Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 1 day to 6 months. During this period, the Account is restricted and no deposits or gameplay are possible. The cooling-off period cannot be reversed once activated.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent closure of their 202pub Account. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player following completion of applicable verification requirements.

202pub strongly encourages any Player who believes their gambling is no longer recreational to make use of these tools immediately. PAGCOR also provides responsible gaming resources and counseling support for Filipino players experiencing gambling-related difficulties.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

202pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the 202pub Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, your name, mobile number, date of birth, address, government-issued identification, payment method details, and gameplay history. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improvement of Platform services.

202pub does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with licensed service providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement as required by applicable law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 202pub Platform, including but not limited to the 202pub brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software, is the intellectual property of 202pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

Unauthorized use of 202pub's intellectual property, including but not limited to screen scraping, unauthorized data mining, or reproduction of Platform content without written permission, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 202pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of enjoyment.

202pub's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

202pub does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits 202pub's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

Suspension by 202pub. 202pub reserves the right to suspend a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects any of the following:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Multiple account creation or identity fraud
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiated against 202pub
• Security risk to the Player's account (e.g., suspected unauthorized access)
• Regulatory requirement or law enforcement instruction

Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, 202pub may forfeit all balances in the Account Wallet, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, at its sole discretion. Where termination is for cause attributable to 202pub, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player following verification.

Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting 202pub support via live chat. Account closure is subject to completion of any pending withdrawals and KYC verification. Permanent self-exclusion constitutes irrevocable Account closure.

14 Disputes & Complaints

Initial Complaint. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 202pub Platform, please contact the 202pub Customer Support team via live chat available 24/7 from your Account dashboard, or via email at [email protected]. Please provide your registered mobile number, the nature of the dispute, relevant dates and amounts, and any supporting documentation.

Internal Review. 202pub will acknowledge your complaint within three (3) business days and will endeavor to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of all relevant information. Complex disputes may require additional time, in which case you will be kept informed of progress.

Final Resolution. In the event that you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may seek resolution through applicable regulatory channels under Philippine law. 202pub cooperates fully with PAGCOR oversight processes.

Game History Records. 202pub maintains comprehensive server-side logs of all game sessions, bets placed, outcomes, and account transactions. In any dispute relating to game outcomes or account activity, the 202pub server records shall be treated as the authoritative record, subject to demonstrable technical error.

15 Amendments to These Terms

202pub reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 202pub will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and may additionally notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or Account notification.

Your continued use of the 202pub Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at 202pub.win/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 14.

202pub operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming law, including relevant PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, nor shall it be construed to, contravene any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
